The majority of Ween fans are most likely already familiar with this story, but back in 2002, a seemingly bloated advertising firm commissioned the eccentric musical geniuses, Ween, to produce a jingle for Pizza Hut. Where'd the Cheese Go?, a song featuring a technotronic beat and a voice repetitively, but appropriately inquiring about the whereabouts of "the cheese" is what they came up with. In my opinion, anyone with a general appreciation for music should have no trouble recognizing the brillaince of their creation. The out-of-touch agency, however, disagreed with my opinion, and asked them to make something else.
Their response was essentially Where'd the Cheese Go? with a wonderfully explicit enhancement. I don't want to ruin the surprise, but let's just say that the remix soils Glutton Forum's PG-13 standard. I would love to see the faces of the advertising committee members when they played the track for the first (and probably last) time. Needless to say, Ween's project never made it onto the air.
